Obituary for Verda Hilda Ayres (Hannah)
AYRES, Hilda – (formerly of Trenton) It is with great sadness, we announce the passing of Hilda Ayres at Case Manor, Bobcaygen on Wednesday, December 6th, 2017 at the age of 87. Daughter of the late Roy and Rosie Hannah. Beloved wife of the late Edward Ayres (2013). Loving mother of Catherine (Ray) Walt of Peterborough, Janice (Ron) McNicholl of Hastings, Colleen (Tom) Ayres of Stirling, John Ayres of Minden and the late Darlene and Brian. Ever remembered grandmother of Shaune, Joseph, Melissa, Stephanie, Ashley, Mitchell and several great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held at the RUSHNELL FUNERAL CENTRE, 60 Division Street, Trenton (613-392-2111) on Tuesday, December 12th, 2017 from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Funeral service will take place in the Chapel immediately following at 1:00 p.m. Interment St. George’s Cemetery beside her late husband will take place at a later date.
