SEIBERT, Thomas Malcolm
Tom lost his battle with leukemia at Cambridge Memorial Hospital, early on Sunday, September 17th 2017 at 83 years of age. He will be missed by his close friend and partner Patricia Murphy; by sons Paul (Ann), Scott (Lynn McNeil), by grandchildren Jessica Spurdza (Jared), Justin (Katie Wentworth) and great grandson Clarke. Will also be missed by his brother Peter (Susan). Tom is predeceased by his brother Keith and is survived by his sister-in-law Norma. Special thanks to all the staff of Medical Daycare at Cambridge Memorial Hospital. A celebration of Tom’s life will take place at Br. 272 Hespeler Legion, 26 Schofield St., Hespeler, on Monday, September 25th from 1pm – 4pm. Donations made to the Hespeler Legion or to the Cambridge Memorial Hospital – Medical Daycare would be greatly appreciated by the family.
