Shirley Emily (Stults) COLLINS, 96 of East Kingston, passed away peacefully in Soldiers Memorial Hospital Monday, December 19, 2016 with her daughter by her side. Born in Halifax, she was the daughter of the late Dr. Guy and Cora (Rennels) Stults.
Along with her husband she was an avid golfer at Paragon Golf & Country Club and spent many winters in Florida playing the game they both enjoyed. She showed strong love and support for all her family.
Predeceased by her daughter Wendy and her loving husband of 64 years, Russell.
She is survived by her daughter Valerie (Wayne) Lincoln; grandchildren Deanna; David and Andrew; great-grandchildren Megan; Caitlin; Laura and Abigail.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Serenity Lindsay Annapolis Valley Funeral Home & Chapels, 34 Coldbrook Village Park Dr (902-679-2822). Cremation has taken place, Interment in Camp Hill Cemetery, Halifax at a later date.
Memorial donations may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
