Sandra Margaret Rose Jordan (Nee: Cassidy)
1945-2017
The death occurred peacefully at the Provincial Palliative
Care Centre on January 11, 2017 of Sandra Margaret Rose Jordan,
formally of Murray Harbour. Born on February 23, 1945 on
Entry Island, Magdalen Islands, she was the daughter of the late
Clifford and Viola (Nee: Welsh) Cassidy. Sandra is survived by her
husband Beck Jordan, children Mark (Michele Cantelo), Chris (Christie
Beck), and Vicki. She will be deeply missed by her grandchildren Leah
and Katie Jordan, Riley, Simon and Elsie Taweel. Sandra also leaves
behind her sister Audrey MacLean (Webster), mother-in-law Clara Jordan
and sister-in-law Zoena Yannakakis (George). Along with her parents,
Sandra was predeceased by her brother, Winfield Cassidy. She will be
dearly missed by her many nieces, nephews, extended family and
friends.
Arrangements entrusted to Ferguson Logan Montague Ferguson
Home from where the family will be accepting visitors on Saturday,
January 14, 2017 from 6-9 pm. A private grave side service will be
held at a later date. Those wishing to make memorial donations in
Sandra’s memory are encouraged to donate to Hospice PEI or
to a charity of donor’s choice.
