It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Robert Aubrey Long on Saturday, November 18, 2017 at the age of 75 years.
He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 38 years, Heather; two sons, Kevin (Vanessa) and Tim (Christine); 4 grandchildren, Faith, Angelina, Braeden and Colby; 3 sisters, Lorna, Delores and Janice; 2 brothers, Dennis and Gary; brother in law, Benny and sister in law, Carol; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended family & friends.
He is predeceased by his sisters, Molly, Judy, Sandra; brother, David; and parents George and Susan.
Bob served 36 years in the military as a physician’s assistant. He enjoyed canoeing, hunting, camping, fishing and wood working.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial Donations in memory of Robert may be made to STARS Air Ambulance, The War Amps or Charity of one’s choice.
