Carter, Richard Frank age 63 years of Halifax passed away peacefully on December 6, 2017 at the Halifax Infirmary. Born in Halifax he was a son of the late Frank & Elsie (Lewis) Carter. Besides his parents he was predeceased by an infant brother David. He will be missed by all his family and friends. Memorial service 11:00 a.m. Saturday December 16, 2017 at Blessed Mother Teresa Church, 6032 Normandy Drive, Halifax. A reception will follow in the church hall.
