It is with great sorrow that the family announces his sudden passing on Wednesday, December 13th, 2017 at the age of 53 years. Cherished son of Eleanor Bailey and of the late Colin Bailey. Beloved husband of Amanda Lewis. Loving father of Georgina Bailey, Andrew Franey, Gavin Bailey and Peter Bailey. Sadly missed by his grandson Dean Thomas Bailey. Dear brother of Calvin Bailey, Rae Lynn, late Arlene and Crystal Bailey. In keeping with Richard’s wishes there will be no visitation. A celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
