Passed away peacefully with family by her side on December 21, 2017 at Windsor Regional Hospital Metropolitan Campus at the beautiful age of 84. Predeceased by her husband William. Beloved mother of Randy (Karen), Donnie (Jo-Anne), Robbie (Gisele), Patty (Lindsay), Terry (Don), Luanne (Kevin), and Billy (Michele). The matriarch of 5 generations, Marguerite is a proud grandmother of 30, great-grandmother of 53, and a great-great-grandmother of 5. She will be dearly missed by best friends Gary and Joan Klingbyle, and extended family and friends in Canada and the USA. Special thanks to the staff at the Metropolitan Campus Critical Care Unit for their compassion and care.
Marguerite was a lover of cats and dogs, and in lieu of flowers donations to your local Humane Society would be appreciated.
Visiting on Wednesday from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. and again on Thursday from 10:30 a.m. until the time of Funeral Service at 11:30 a.m. at Families First 585 Sandwich St. S., Amherstburg 519-969-5841. Marguerite will be returned home to California to be laid to rest with her beloved husband William.
