Obituary for Lucien Cadieux
Suddenly at his home on Wednesday, December 20, 2017. Lucien Cadieux of Lochiel; age 73 years. Beloved husband of Ginette Cadieux (nee Gagné). Loving father of Mario Cadieux (Kim Fournier), Suzanne Cadieux (Michael Lacombe) and the late Jacques Cadieux. Cherished grandfather of Kristen Fournier (Sebastien Clairoux), Alyssa St. Denis-Cadieux and Danielle Bissonnette. Dear brother of Yvon (Huguette Bonin), Gaetan (Michelle Boulanger), Jeannine Firth, Irene McDonell (Gerald) and Elaine Vander Byl (Adrian). Dear son of Fleurette Lecuyer and the late Omer Cadieux. Proud great-grandfather of Silas Jack Clairoux. He will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may call at the Munro & Morris Funeral Homes Ltd., 114 Main St. South, Alexandria (613-525-2772) on Wednesday, December 27, 2017 from 9:30 to 10:45 am. A Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel of the Funeral Home on Wednesday at 11 am. As expressions of sympathy Memorial Donations to the Maurice J. Grimes Lodge-The Ottawa Hospital Foundation, 737 Parkdale Avenue, 1st Floor, Ottawa, Ontario K1Y 1J8 would be appreciated by the family. As a Memorial to Lucien a tree will be planted in a memory woods.A tree grows-memories live.
