Mrs. Louise Kerr of Carnduff and formerly of Carievale, passed away suddenly at her home in the Borderline Housing Suite, Carnduff, SK. on Thursday, August 10, 2017 at the age of 80 years.
Louise is survived by her husband, Rollie; daughter, Cindy (Tom) Simpson; three granddaughters, Rebecca Basset of Saskatoon, Samantha (Justin) Richter of Yellow Grass, and Cassandra Simpson of Weyburn; three great-grandchildren, Bailey (10), Morgan (9), and Anderson (2wks); sister, Peggy Petersen; step-sister, Helen Brown; sisters-in-law, Vi Stevenson, Alice Stevenson, Marlene Kuefeldt, Alice Kerr, Willene Kerr, and Evelyn Kerr; brothers-in-law, Don Kerr and Ross Kerr; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
She was predeceased by her parents, Robert Stevenson & Margaret “Maggie” Brown; son, Richard “Ritchie”(3); step-father, Charlie Brown; siblings, Ronald Stevenson, Jean Solvason, Jim Stevenson, Charlie Stevenson, and Doug Stevenson; step-brothers, Barry Brown, Jim Brown; in-laws, Roy & Gladys Kerr; brothers-in-law, Gordon Kerr, Dennis Kerr, Garnet Kerr, and Leonard Kerr.
A Public Graveside Service will be held at the Carievale Cemetery, Carievale SK, on Tuesday, August 15, 2017 at 2:00 pm. Reverend Rob Reed will officiate.
In recognition of Louise’s many interests, in lieu of flowers, donations may be given to a local organization or charity of your choice.
