KENNEDY, Kelly Francis Charles – Peacefully, with family by his side, at Carefor Hospice Cornwall, December 13, 2017. Kelly is survived by his loving parents Dan and Patricia Kennedy of Ingleside, younger brother Kevin and sister-in-law Lindsay (Waddell). Kelly’s kind, fun-loving personality and gentle soul will be missed by family and friends, especially his many cousins and his wonderful group of friends in the Cornwall Handi-Social Club. Special thanks to the doctors, nurses, and attendants at the Ottawa Civic Hospital for their care and compassion over the past three months, and to the staff at the Cornwall Hospice for welcoming…
