It is with saddened hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Kathleen on December 23, 2017 at 83 years of age. Reunited with her loving husband Robert Stobbs with whom she shared 52 years of marriage and her daughter Cheryl Stobbs, her son Robert Stobbs Jr, and her daughter Kathy Hughes. Devoted mother of Mary Nadon and late husband Vern, Anne Dupuis and husband Glen, William Stobbs and wife Margaret, and David Stobbs. Cherished Grandma of Jason, Christine, Melissa, Tommy, Russell, Amanda, and Josh. Great Grandma of Michael, Brooklyn, KT, Douglas, Dean, Sadie, Abby, and Julia. Dear sister of the late Thomas O’Connor and late wife Iris, the late Jack O’Connor and wife Barb, Margaret Lawson, and Betty Grant and husband Jim. She will also be missed by many nieces and nephews. Kathleen was a devoted parishioner of St. Clare Parish and Assumption Parish for many years where she faithfully served as a Eucharistic Minister. Above her devotion to the Catholic Church, her love and dedication to her family will be cherished forever. Visitation will be held at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Central Chapel) 1700 Tecumseh Rd. East, 519-253-7234, on Wednesday December 27, 2017 from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. Parish Prayers Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. Funeral Service will be held on Thursday December 28, 2017 at 10 a.m. in the Chapel. Interment to follow at Victoria Memorial Gardens Cemetery. In memory of Kathleen, memorial donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
