Lovingly Remembered
On December 13, 2017, Kathy passed away peacefully at the Grey Nuns Hospital.
She will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 48 years, Paul; her son Trevor; her daughter-in-law Tara; her grandsons Zachary and Cameron; siblings Jim Ruehn, and Violet Rubik; as well as other relatives and friends.
Kathy was predeceased by her father Stefan, mother Doris, brothers Gerald, George and by her sister Charlotte.
Friends who wish to pay their last respects may do so Wednesday, December 20, 2017 between 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. at Glenwood Funeral Home (South of Wye Road on Range Road 232, Sherwood Park, AB). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 21, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at Glenwood Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Glenwood Memorial Gardens.
The family would like to thank the staff at the Grey Nuns Hospital Unit 45 for the care and compassion Kathy received.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Kathy`s name to the Alzheimer Society of Canada.
