1972-2017
Jonathan Hayden Alexander was born on
January 19, 1972 in Bridgewater Nova Scotia. He lived at 585 New
Maryland Highway until his death on January 31, 2017 resulting from a
sudden brain bleed. Jonathan worked at UPS and also at Easter Seals.
He represented New Brunswick in wheelchair curling in national
competition for four consecutive years from 2013 to 2016. He also
played sledge hockey. Jonathan was a long time member of Nasonworth
Baptist Church.
Jonathan is survived by his parents
Horace and Darlene Alexander (Barker); his elder brother Bartholomew
Alexander (Kui Wu); nephew Lochlainn; niece
Éibhleann, and by his younger brother Troy Alexander
(Genevieve), niece Sol and nephew
Roman.
Visitation will be held at the
Nasonworth Baptist Church on Thursday February 2, 2017 from 2 to 4pm
and from 7 to 9pm. The funeral service will be held at the Nasonworth
Baptist Church on Friday February 3, 2017 at 2pm, Rev. David Gray
officiating, with reception to follow. Interment will be held at a
later date.
Donations may be made to Gideon Bibles
or to the Stan Cassidy Centre for
Rehabiltation.
