1954-2017
John S. Sutherland of New Denmark, NB, passed away peacefully at Hotel
Dieu St. Joseph Hospital on November 9, 2017.
John was born in Plaster Rock, NB, on May 24, 1954. He was the son of
the late Robert and Annie (Knowlton) Sutherland. John leaves behind
his daughter, Crystal Brown (Garth) of New Denmark, NB; his son, Elton
Sutherland (Jamie) of Wapske, NB; his grandchildren, Landon Brown,
Hailey Sutherland, and Zander Sutherland; his sister Lucy Jardine of
Fredericton, NB; his brother, Charles Sutherland.
John was predeceased by his parents; his sister, Carol Morgan; and his
brother, Richard Sutherland.
John was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch # 29.
Respecting John’s wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral
service held. Interment will be in Burntland Brook Cemetery at a later
date.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Brunswick Funeral Home,
Perth-Andover and Plaster Rock
