John “Jack” Franklyn Lane
1946-2017
“It is with great sadness
that the family of the late Jack Frank Lane announce his passing on
December 6, 2017 at the Labrador Health Center in Happy Valley-Goose
Bay at the age of 71 years. He will be sadly missed by his
wife, Norma; his children, Cyril (Jodie) and Lloyd (April); his
grandchildren, Lucas, Marin, Samuel and Jacob; sister, Violet Flowers,
as well as other relatives and friends.
He was
predeceased by his parents, Tom and Doris Lane, his brothers Max and
Irven and his sister Mary Ellen.
Friends and family may visit at Fillatre’s Funeral
Home in Goose Bay, Friday, December 8, 2017 from 6:00 pm – 8:00
pm. A memorial service for local family and friends will be
held December 9, 2017 at 2pm from Bethel Pentecostal Tabernacle in
Happy Valley-Goose Bay. Funeral service and burial will be
conducted at a later date from the Pentecostal church in
Postville.
