John H. McGonegal
Peacefully at his home on Saturday, November 18, 2017 with his loving family by his side. John McGonegal of Prescott at the age of 72. Dearly beloved husband of Sharon (nee Littlejohn). Loving father of Kim (Travis) Cauley of Brockville, Gail McGonegal (Terry (Raison) of Greenbush and Robert (Tina) of Brockville. Dear brother of Charlotte “Sally” (Garmet) Brown, Calvin (Joy) and Bryan (Linda). Predeceased by 2 brothers Cecil and Kenneth (Penny) of Sharbot Lake and by his grandson-in-law Chris Merkley. John will be sadly missed by his grandchildren; Jocelyn, Christopher, Samantha, Lindsay, Noah and Jacob and by his 2 great grandchildren; Averie and Andrea and his many nieces and nephews.
Funeral Arrangements
Friends may call at the Marsden McLaughlin Funeral Home in Cardinal on Thursday, from 3-8pm. Funeral service will take place at the funeral home on Friday, November 24, at 11am.
