Passed away in cardiac surgery 7:00 p.m. on
Thursday, November 2nd, 2017 at the Trillium Mississauga Hospital,
Ontario, at the age of 74.
She leaves to mourn her children, Kathy Sheppard,
Nicole Sigouin (Jim Riley), Robert Sigouin (Ling Ngo), grandchildren
Angela Brake, Holly Brake (Alex Mckie) and baby Erika Sigouin, sister
Helen Darrigan (Richard Bell), uncle Issac Sheppard Jr. (Doris),
sister-in-law Joan Sheppard, brother-in-law Jean-Louis Sigouin
(Francine Laforest), special friend Diane Sheppard (Willie Mullins),
her Hartlen family, as well as many cousins and special lifelong
friends. Predeceased by her husband Robert Gaston Sigouin November 12,
2007, brother James Warren Darrigan January 4, 2006, parents Susie
Eileen (Sheppard) & William Stanley Darrigan, and her birth
father William Francis
Hartlen,
Visitations will be held at St. James Anglican
Church, Lark Harbour, Newfoundland on Tuesday, November 7th from 7:00
to 9:00 p.m., and Wednesday, November 8th from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m.
followed by the funeral service at 2:00 p.m., Reverend Nellie Thomas
officiating, with the interment at the church cemetary. As expressions
of sympathy, flowers are graciously accepted, donations may be made to
the St. James Church Memorial Fund, or to a charity that is close to
your heart in her memory.
