WILLOUGHBY, Irene Deavina (nee Whyte)—
Peacefully with her loving family by her side at Riverside Glen, on Monday, December 26, 2016 in her 71st year. Beloved wife of Peter. Loving mother of Catherine and David (Sabrina). Cherished grandmother of Natalie. She is survived by her brother Victor and sister June. She will be fondly remembered by Ruby and John Van Esch, Sam and Linda Willoughby, Judy and Dave Egerton, Esther and Gordon Small, Leon and Zobeda Lee-Ying, Baal and Kamla Sinanan and family. Adoring Aunt to Brenda, Stephen, Anjali, Shivan, Deborah, Billy, Richard, Alex, Jacqueline, Ann, Heather, Ken, Kenneth, Reg, Karen, Rhonda and Aaron-Patrick, Martin, Daniel and Sean. She will be sadly missed by Frank and Frances Asta.
Family and friends are invited to the Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, Hart Chapel, 1099 Gordon Street, Guelph, where visitation will take place on Saturday, December 31, 2016 from 11am-1pm. A Celebration of Irene’s life will follow in our chapel at 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer Society would be greatly appreciated by the family.
