Henry Joseph Forfellow
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Henry, beloved husband to Nanci, father to Robin (Derek), Danny (Danielle) & Tara (Michael) and Jaju to Joey, Owen, Caleb, Drew, Ben, Charley and Casey. Son of the late Valerie & Daniel Forfellow and brother to June Watson (Bob) and the late Hilda DeLaPerralle (Earl) and uncle to his nieces and nephews. He was also an important friend to many and will be greatly missed by his family and friends alike.
Henry was born in Montreal and grew up in and around Clark Street with many friends. Henry joined the Montreal Police Department in 1960, retiring in 1975. He spent the rest of his career at Nortel, where he had the opportunity to travel the world. His retirement was spent creating special memories with family and friends, especially his grandchildren. He loved playing hockey, trying to catch fish and always loved to tell a great story.
The family wishes to thank friends and family from near and far for their support.
There will be a private family service on Saturday, December 3rd and following that friends and family are invited to the Aurora Legion from 1:30 to 4 pm to share some of your favourite stories with Henry’s family.
If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Sun Youth or The Heart and Stroke Foundation.
