Obituary for Helen Klassen
On November 14, 2017 Helen Klassen passed away at the age of 96 years.
Helen was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandparent and friend who will be dearly missed.
Helen is survived by her two sons, Wayne (Gracy) of Boyle and Norman of Edmonton; one daughter, Shirley of Calgary; four grandchildren, Jeff (Jayne), Jodi, Craig (Beata), Lyle (Maggie); five great grandchildren, Emma, Hayden, Nolan, Audrey and Clara; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Helen’s loving and devoted husband, Henry, predeceased her as did her brother, Walter; and sisters, Annie and Olga.
Family and Friends may pay their respects on Monday, November 20, at Kirk United Church, 13535 -122 Avenue, Edmonton with a visitation at 10:30 a.m. and the Funeral Service at
11:00 a.m. Reverend Stuart Jackson officiating with interment in St. Michael’s Cemetery, 13819 – 82 Street. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Capital Care Foundation, 6th Floor, 10909 – Jasper Avenue, Edmonton, AB T5J 3M9.
