Sweeney, Fred – Passed peacefully away at the Health Sciences Centre on April 15, 2017, Fred Sweeney, 68 years old. Predeceased by his parents Bill and Ann Sweeney; brothers: Bill, Ron, David and Bob. He leaves to mourn his wife Shirley; children: Kelly (Al), Fred (Lisa), Tony (Renee), and Scott (Sylvia); grandchildren: Amber, Justin, Charlotte, Chelsey, Katelyn, Emily and Brody; brothers and sisters: Joan, Shirley (Bruce), Barbara (Wince), Ed, Marilyn (George), and Auora; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: Sim (Beulah), Edith (deceased), Bob (Ruby), Fred (deceased), Jean (Ed), Dorothy (Derrick) and Dave; as well as a large circle of other family members and friends. Resting at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. on Sunday and Monday. Funeral Service to take place at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, April 18, 2017 at Barrett’s Chapel.
