On November 18, 2017, Mr. Elmer Filipchuk of St. Paul, formerly of Glendon, passed away at the age of 68 years. He is survived by 2 sisters & 1 brother, Marlene (Denis) Boucher, Michael (Dianne) Filipchuk & Delia (Mitch) Germain all of St. Paul; nieces & nephews, Andrea (Rick) Austin, Armand (Sarah) Boucher, Aaron (Angie) Boucher, Sheldena (Jaron) Parenteau, Amanda (Thomas) Kemsley, Shawn (Rachel) Germain, Alicia (Cody) Rudkowsky & Lance Germain; 15 great-nieces & nephews, Kennedi (Tyler) Carter, Owen, Ella, Bronwyn, Emmitt, Lincoln, Jakin, Cohen, McKinley, Emelia, Slade, Paisley, Oaklyn & Everly; great-great-niece, Abigail. He was predeceased by his parents, Mike & Mary. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, November 24 at 10:30 a.m. at R.C.M.P. Hall, Glendon. Reverend Father Peter Haugen will be officiating, with interment in Sts. Peter & Paul Ukrainian Orthodox Cemetery, Nowa Bukowina.
