Eric Lawrence Gallant
1947-2017
The death occurred peacefully with his family by his side at
the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Sunday, February 12, 2017 of Eric
Lawrence Gallant of Charlottetown and formerly of North Rustico age 69
years
Born in North Rustico he is the son of the late Lawrence and
Mary (DesRoches) Gallant. He is survived by his loving wife Maureen,
his daughters, Kim (James) Muscat, Julie (Aaron) Corrigan, Jessica
Gallant (Christopher Stretch), ; his cherished grandchildren., Chris
Muscat, Justin Muscat, Ashley Kelly (Matt), Jaidyn Gallant, Micah
Stretch, Asher , Sophie and Mercy Corrigan. He is also lovingly
remembered by his brother Leonard Gallant (Eileen Axworthy), sisters
Estelle Dalton (George), Delma Gallant (Tom), sister-in-law Norma
DesRoches (late Alfred), brother-in-law Ron Hussain, sisters-in-law,
Marlene Hussain, Corry Hussain, Joan Williams, Jenny Lewis (Greg) and
many nieces and nephews.
Resting at the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home
until Thursday, then transferred to Stella Maris Roman Catholic Church
for funeral mass at 2:00 p.m. Interment later in the parish cemetery.
Visiting hours will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday from 4:00
to 7:00 p.m.
