She is survived by her loving family; son, Ted (Stella) Zielke; grandchildren, Kevin (Karen), Christy (Jamie), Charity (Mark); great grandchildren, Ethan, Phillip, Morgan, Elijah, Conan, Madison, Ben; great-great grandchildren, Logan, Ava; daughter, Terrie (Mel) Roper; grandchildren, Jason (Erin), Trevor (Shelly), Darren, Bradley (Dawn); great grandchildren, Austin, Parker, Jorja, Matthew, Brittney, Hunter; daughter, Sharon (Allan) Montgomery; grandchildren, Michael (Angela), Coleton, Dennis (Kayla); great grandchildren, Kaleb, Kaden, Katie; son, Dwayne (Diane) Zielke; grandchildren, Jennifer (Jamie), Jessica, Grady, Emily, Lucas; great grandchildren, Jackson, Taylor; daughter, Shelley (Rob) Oliver; grandchildren, Natalie, Nicole, Clint, Charlene, Chad (Baz); great grandchildren, Tyson, Hailey, Lily, Annilynn, Maddox, Phoenix, Keenan, Bristol, Brayson; sisters, Freda Jess, Leona (Alton) Rix; brother, Alfred Schatschneider; sister-in-laws, Frieda Schatschneider, Arleta Schatschneider.
Elsie was predeceased by her parents, Martha & Rudolph Schatschneider; sisters, Edith Oaks, Hedy Zielke; brothers, Paul Schatschneider, Ed Schatschneider, Herb Schatschneider.
Funeral Service: Wednesday, May 3, 2017 at Zion Lutheran Church, Wetaskiwin at 11:00 a.m.
Donations gratefully accepted to a charity of one’s choice.
