Elaine Evelyn Wilson 14 avril 1946 – 7 février 2017

Wilson, Elaine Evelyn, age 70, of Dartmouth, passed away peacefully on February 7, 2017 in the Dartmouth General Hospital.
Born in Tancook Island, she was a daughter of the late Oda (Hutt) and Howard Heisler.
Elaine worked for over 35 years at the Royal Bank beginning as a teller and serving in various positions before her retirement. She loved to read and do puzzles. She was an avid sports fan who cheered for the Blue Jays and the Montreal Canadiens. She adored her cat “Angel” who she referred to as her baby. Most of all, she cherished time spent with the love of her life, Gordon.
Elaine is survived by her devoted husband of 48 years, Gordon, Dartmouth; sister Peggy (Robert) Langille, Tancook Island; brother Eldon (Cathy), Montreal, Quebec; and many nieces and nephews.
Cremation has taken place. The funeral service will be held at 10am on Friday February 10th, in Atlantic Funeral Home, 771 Main Street, Dartmouth, with a reception to follow. Interment in Dartmouth Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Nova Scotia.
