Remembering Brownie
Peacefully on Thursday, November 9, 2017, Brownie passed away at the Convalescent Home of Wpg.
Left to remember her is daughter, Carmen Nembhardt, sister, Mae Byfield, nephew Tony (Mildred) Beach as well as other family members.
Brownie was born in Jamaica, spending most of her time in Kingston, coming to Canada later in her life. She worked at Health Sciences Centre for many years in the nursery with newborn infants. In later years, she was baptized and attended Bethel Community Church; her church and church family were very important to her.
Funeral service will be 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 15, 2017 at Bethel Community Church, 430 Lakewood Blvd. with viewing 1 hour prior. Interment will follow in Glen Lawn Memorial Gardens, 455 Lagimodiere Blvd.
The family wish to extend their gratitude to the Convalescent Home of Winnipeg for their kindness and compassion given to Brownie.
