It is with great sadness that the family of the late Dorothy White announce her passing at the Bay St. George Long Term Care Center in Stephenville Crossing on December 10th 2017 at the age of 85 years. She will be sadly missed by her husband Kenneth White in Stephenville, two sons: James White (Wanda Gillingham) in Kippens, Kenny White in Gander, four daughters: Josselyn Tomlinson in Ottawa, Sharon (Wayne) Morgan in Fredericton N.B, Carolyn White (Sam Gillingham), Glenda White both in Stephenville. Also leaving to mourn her grandchildren Jennifer, Brenda, Daniel, James, Shelley, Christopher, Miranda, Joshua, Matthew, Deanne, Dane, Kenneth, Sherry, great grandchildren: Abigail, Sarah, Josie, Ocean Rose, Jack, Cameron, Everley Rose, Carter, Bricen, Brady, Shea, her brothers: Steve Skinner in Piccadilly, Daniel (Olga) Skinner, in Corner Brook, her sister Margaret (Chris) Kennedy in Ontario and a large circle of relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her parents Daniel and Rose Skinner, her brother Ambrose Skinner, her sisters Mary Bennett, Elizabeth Furlong, Eileen Young and Melita Robison. Visitation will take place on Wednesday December 13th from 2-4 p.m. from Russell’s Funeral Home The funeral will take place following the visitation at 4 p.m. from Russell’s Funeral Home Chapel with inurnment in the Hillside Interfaith Cemetery on the Hansen Highway. As expressions of sympathy flowers are gratefully accepted or donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s society in Dorothy’s memory.
