Dobson: Dorothy Lorna “Mike” (nee McGinn)
passed away on Friday, December 30th, 2016 at the Georgian Manor, Penetanguishene, in her 82nd, year. Beloved wife of Ron Dobson. Loving mother of Rhonda Dobson & husband Bryan Coffey of Consecon, Catherine Tumber & partner Raymond Knuff of Midland, Paul Dobson & wife Linda of Houston, TX, and John Dobson & wife Teresa Marchetti of Burnaby, BC. Grandmother of Alana & Charlotte Tumber, Michael, Eric, Jack & Marin Dobson. Sister of Marion Watson, Patricia Barrett & Gordon McGinn all predeceased, James J. McGinn & wife Eileen of North Bay and Rosemary McGinn CSJ of Toronto. Dorothy was a wonderful stay at home mother and was later employed by HFC Canada and before retirement was Executive secretary to the president. We wish to thank the Doctors a& Staff of Georgian Manor – White Pine Unit for their wonderful care. The late Mrs. Dorothy “Mike” Dobson will rest at the Mundell Funeral Home, 79 West St., N., Orillia, on Wednesday, January 4th, 2017 from 9:30 am until 10:30 am.. Then to the Church of the Guardian Angels, 115 West St., N., Orillia for Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 am. Cremation to follow.
