AMER, Dorothy Irene (formerly Dumond)
At Albright Manor in Beamsville on Saturday November 18, 2017 at the age of 94.
Cherished mother of Larry Dumond (the Late Donna), Carol Morris (Rick), Debbie Brown (the Late Ben), Mark Dumond (Alison) and Daughter-in-law, Cathy Dumond. Survived by her brother Bill (Colette) and brother-in-law, Louis Farrauto.
Dorothy is predeceased by her first husband Woodrow Dumond and husband George, son John, her parents Dorothy and Harry Amer, brothers Edgar, Raymond and John; sisters, Marjorie Smith (the Late Don) and Edith Farrauto and grand-daughter, Jenny Dumond.
She will be fondly remembered by her 10 Grandchildren and 22 Great-grandchildren.
Special thank you to all the staff at the Albright Manor and Villa Italia for the loving care provided to our mother.
Visitation at Bay Gardens Funeral Home, 1010 Botanical Drive, BURLINGTON (905.527.0405) on Tuesday from 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm. Funeral Service will be held at Bay Gardens Funeral Home – Burlington, 1010 Botanical Drive, Burlington on Wednesday, November 22, 2017 at 11:00 am. Cremation to follow at Bayview Crematorium.
