It is with heavy hearts that the family announces the sudden passing of Dana Kaplan (nee Munkeskov) on Wednesday, August 2, 2017 at the age 37 years.
She is survived by her parents, Allan and Sandra; two brothers, Brian and Brent (Stacey); four nephews, Ryan, Corey, Alex and Andy; partner, Brad Pocatello; as well as extended family and friends.
Cremation has taken place and no service will be held.
