With sad hearts and good memories the family of Charles Torgerson announce that he passed away on May 26, 2017 in Saskatoon at the age of 82. Charles was born on December 26, 1934 to Arthur and Olive (nee: Vanblarcom) on the home quarter near Spiritwood, Saskatchewan.
Charles is remembered by his kids: Chris (Vicki) of Saskatoon and their kids, Daric (Sharday), Troy (Terri ) and Cory; Keith (Deb) of Spiritwood and their kids, Tyler (Becky), Tamina, Cole, Kyle and Oren; Kevin (Jennifer) of Edmonton and their kids Kevin, Chelsea and Bruce; Mike (Kara) of Saskatoon and their kids Logan and Connor and 7 great grandkids as well as his sister, Merla (Ted) Dickson of BC and numerous other relatives.
Charles is predeceased by his parents, Arthur and Olive Torgerson and other relatives.
The memorial service for Charles will begin at 2:00 PM on Friday, June 2nd, 2017 at the Spiritwood Civic Centre in Spiritwood with Delores Beaulac officiating. A private family interment will follow at the Spiritwood Cemetery. Lunch will be served at the Civic Centre after interment. Urn bearers are his grandkids Daric, Kevin, Kyle and Logan. Music is by Patty Heisler.
Donations in memory of Charles may be made to the Diabetes Association.
