In Loving Memory
DESSON, Carmen – Peacefully and with his family by his side, Carmen passed away on Wed Dec 27, 2017 at the age of 63 years. Cherished father to Amy (Brian) and Laura (Mark) Lane. Special Papa to Claire, Nathan, Emily and Abigail. He will be sadly missed by his brothers James ‘Sonny’ (the late Carol), Robert (Betty), Ronnie (Sandra), Mac (Linda) and his sister Jayne Anne Kitney. Carm will be fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Predeceased by his parents James and Frances and his brothers Billy and Bruce.
His family would like to extend a heartfelt ‘Thank You’ to the Doctors and nurses at the Greater Niagara General and St.Catharines General hospitals for their compassionate care.
In keeping with Carm’s wishes cremation has taken place. His family will receive friends at PLEASANTVIEW FUNERAL HOME (2000 Merrittville Hwy at the corner of Hwy 20) 905-892-1699 on Thurs Jan 04th from 12:00 p.m. to 2:30 pm followed by a Celebration of his Life in the funeral home chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Community Addiction Services of Niagara (CASON) will be appreciated by his family.
