Mr. Bim Steeves of Gainsborough and formerly of Carievale, passed away at the Gainsborough Health Centre, Gainsborough, SK. on Friday, May 19, 2017 at the age of 87.
He was predeceased by his parents, Currie & Agnes (Van de Mark) Steeves; brother-in-law, John Schnurer and daughter, Pat Willis.
Bim is survived by his loving wife, Norma; children, Terry (Trevor) Gurnsey of Saskatoon, Brad (Debbie) of Saskatoon, Scott (Eva) of Carievale, and Sheri Steeves (Paul) of Pender Island, BC.; son-in-law, Roger Willis of Carievale; five grandchildren, Alison, John, Sarah, Jacob, and Chris; four great grandchildren, Owen, Austin, Parker, and Everly; brother, Willard (Ida) Steeves of Calgary; two sisters, Betty Jean Schnurer of Calgary and Bev (Larry) Ireland of Carievale.
There will be a come & go tea on Monday, May 22, 2017 from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. at the Carievilla Common Room in Carievale, SK. All are welcome to attend.
