Obituary of Betty Ballentine
Ballentine, Betty – Peacefully in Ottawa, with family by her side on Thursday, December 21, 2017
at the age of 86. Dearly loved wife of the late Roy Ballentine. Loving mother of Mary Jane (Vince) Doug (Lucienne). Beloved grandmother of Matthew(Renate), Amanda(Ryan) Dustin and Jeremy;
Special great grandma to Isaac and Xavier. Predeceased by her brother Leroy. Survived by her sister Marlene (Ralph) and their family. The family would like to thank the wonderful staff at Chapel Hill Retirement Home and Dr. Eli Skaff for his kindness and compassion. Friends will be received at the J.S. Jones & Son Funeral Home, 11582 Trafalgar Road, north of Maple Ave., Georgetown, (905) 877-3631, on Saturday, December 30, 2017 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. A celebration of life will follow in the chapel at 11:00 a.m. Reception to follow in the Trafalgar room.
