It is with great sadness that the family of the late
ANNA MAY BRUSHETT of Little Bay announces her
passing at the US. Memorial Health Care Centre in St. Lawrence on
Wednesday, October 25th, 2017, at the age of
101. Leaving to mourn with fond and
loving memories are sons, Richard (Jean Sparklin) of
Clarke’s Beach, Mike of Rushoon, Ray (Jessie) of Nova
Scotia, Anthony (Brenda) of Nova Scotia, Kenny (Juanita) of Little
Bay; daughters, Marie (Fred Norman) of Rushoon, Kathleen (Dennis
Blais) of Ottawa, Marguerite (Fred Hanright) of Nova Scotia,
Bernadette Griswold of Nova Scotia, Sadie (Raymond Cheeseman) of
Rushoon, Doreen (Edward Spencer) of Marystown; 28 grandchildren; 47
great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandson; plus a large circle of
extended family and friends.
She was
predeceased by husband, Michael; son, Edmund Brushett; son-in-law,
David Griswold; granddaughter, Tina Spencer; grandson, Darren Spencer.
The Brushett Family will be accepting visitors at
Wiseman’s Funeral Home in Marystown on Thursday, October
26th, from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.;
Friday, October 27th, from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00
p.m. The Mass of Christian Burial
will take place at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church in Marystown on
Saturday, October 28th, at 12:30
p.m. Interment will follow at
Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Cemetery in Little
Bay.
