It is with great sadness that we share the passing of Wilma Cairns at the age of 85 after a short but valiant battle with cancer. Wilma was surrounded by her family and friends until the end. She leaves behind a legacy including her children Edward Cairns, Isabella McConkey (Kevin) and Heather Johnston. Grandma to Colton (Cassandra), Emma (Anthony), Eden, Ashley (Sam) and Cameron (Shelby). Great Grandma to Austin, Chase, Wyatt, Austin, Lily, Theo and Dalton.
Wilma was dearly loved by all including her fishing friends.
There will be a cremation for Wilma. Donations in memory can be made to Ed’s House Hospice, Cobourg, ON.
Wilma is now at peace and is enjoying her time fishing in the sky.
