William (Bill) Giles of Espanola, ON., passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 1st, 2025 with family by his side, in the Espanola Hospital.
Bill was the loving husband of Sandra (Wice) Giles. Loving father of Misty Lynn Giles of Espanola, and predeceased by his son Tyler William (1976-2017) Anne Marie, wife, and Zakkri Yager (Grandson). He will be dearly missed by his granddaughter, Adria Lynn (Steven Brown) of McKerrow, and her father Paul Caputo of Willisville.
Bill is survived by three dear friends who knew him as DAD. Carp, Joel, Lyne. He is survived by nieces and nephews. Predeceased by Harold and Kathleen Giles (parents), brothers Harold and David, sisters Florence Faulken and Starr Heapey.
Bill was also a well-known member of many Espanola organizations and contributed hours of volunteer time and commitment to all until his health failed. He enjoyed playing cards, darts, both local and regional.
We would like to thank Doctor Poulin and Doctor Perlin and nurses at the Espanola Hospital.
