Obituary of William “Bill” Bernard Paterson
William Bernard Paterson, “Uncle Bill”, age 76, of Tecumseh Ontario, passed away suddenly on March 17, 2025. Beloved husband of 51 loving years, to Dianne. Bill is reunited with his parents the late William and Evelyn Paterson and Walter and Jeanne Botsford, his brother Gordan Paterson and sister Joyce Baumgarter (Leo). Beloved brother-in-law of Brian Botsford (Sandra), Jo-Anne Botsford, Sharon Antenucci and Dave Antenucci (Kim). Bill will be dearly missed by his many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and numerous friends.
Bill loved music, dancing, golf and his evening cigar. He was employed by Chrysler Canada, provincially as a Regional Manager and retired as a Senior Executive in Windsor. Bill spent his entire life supporting and helping others. He loved everyone, and was loved by all.
Visitation will take place at WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME – Banwell Chapel, 11677 Tecumseh Rd. E. (519-253-7235), on Sunday, March 23, 2025, from 2-5 pm and 7-9 pm. Parish prayers at 3:30 pm. Family and friends are invited to join at Good Shepherd Church (462 Advance Blvd) on Monday, March 24, 2025, from 10:00 am until time of Funeral Service at 11:00 am. Interment to follow at St. William’s Cemetery.
