Born April 23, 1948 in Weston to Francis and Norma ( Park) Wilson.
Brother to David. All predeceased.
Bill and Linda married on May 12, 1973 and welcomed two sons, Jeff and Andrew to our family.
Bill umpired, coached and played baseball with his sons for many years in the Goldhawk Baseball League in the subdivision he lived in. His Friday night hockey was another favourite of his life.
He enjoyed running a card bingo and trivia nights, monthly, at the condo that he and Linda moved into five years ago. Summer was spent playing golf while taking a break from performing his crossing guard duties in Stouffville. He also enjoyed the writing group “Inklings” that he joined.
You would often see Bill riding his bike through the Town.
His family brought him great pleasure and he will be missed by Linda, Jeff (Shannon), Andrew (Erika Pahl), Madelyn, Sister-in-law Karen (Pep) niece Amanda and nephew Michael Grossi.
Tim Horton’s will miss his daily visits.
Rest in Peace Bill.
