Vivian Elizabeth Emberg (Erickson) passed on peacefully after a short illness in her 94th year. Vivian is predeceased by her parents, Ruben and Gunvor Erickson, her devoted husband, Ronald, her loved sisters Margaret and Dorothy and her nephew, Matthew (Arlene). A much loved sister to Carol (Arthur) and Norma, Vivian was also a cherished aunt to Lynn Robin (Allan), Melodie (Doug), Virginia and Shannon as well as a Grand Aunt and a Great Grand Aunt to several nephews and nieces.
Vivian grew up in Montreal. She and Ron lived in Lennoxville, Trois-Rivières, Pointe-Claire before retiring to Iroquois in 1992. Vivian was a quilter, rug-hooker, painter, dog-lover and curler, a strong, independent and loving friend. Vivian enjoyed time with family and friends cooking amazing meals, cakes and cookies for all occasions and celebrations.
Cremation has taken place and at Vivian’s request, there is no service.
