WATERMANN, Ulrich – Peacefully with family by his side at Dover Cliffs Long-Term Care Home on Wednesday November 27, 2024 of Simcoe at the age of 83. Loving father of Rita and the late Ingrid, survived by son-in-law Richard Mravik. Proud Opa of Brenna and Leah Gibson. Dear brother of Adelheid Stechemesser and predeceased by brother Wolfgang. Ulrich was an avid Falconer, conservationist, and outdoors man. The family would like to thank all the staff, the medical team and volunteers at Dover Cliffs Long-term Care for their care and compassion during Ulrich’s time there. You all made him feel at home and well cared for. A Celebration of Life for Ulrich will be held at Delhi German Home, 443 James St. Delhi on Saturday February 15, 2025 from 1pm – 5pm with a memory tribute at 2:30pm. As expressions of sympathy donations may be made to Long Point Basin Land Trust.
