Tom passed away at age 75 at his home on Wednesday morning February 12, 2025. He was born on July 6, 1949 in St. Louis, Missouri to Norma Hogue and adopted by Stanley R. Jones.
Tom leaves behind his daughter Crystal Ali – Winnipeg, Manitoba and his grandchildren late Baby Bryce, Bayonna, Jayden, Maseeka and Aisha.
He leaves behind some 100 spiritual brothers and sisters in Timmins, thousands of friends throughout Northern Ontario and over nine million more worldwide.
You may have met Tom when he dropped off books in your office in the 1990’s.
Tom was a chef and worked in Reno, Nevada and B.C., Canada. He cooked for the stars and a multitude of friends who delighted in his Seafood Fettuccini Alfredo.
He was also well known for his dedication to his ministry and to his God Jehovah.
A memorial service will be held at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 1340 MacLean Drive, on Saturday, March 1, 2025 at 2 p.m. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted with LESSARD Funeral and Cremation Centre.
