The bravest man I’ve ever known. With a broken heart his wife Cindy (Carey) Young sadly announces that Tim passed away peacefully at home with her by his side on Thursday February 6, 2025 at the age of 64 years. Born in Chatham March 31, 1960, loving son of the late Cecil and Audrey Young. Tim will be greatly missed by his brothers Dan (Joanne) Young, Dale (Hildred) Young, Robert (Sue) Young and his sister Patrice (Darrell) McGee. Prod father of Jamie You, Timothy Young Jr. and Robert Young. Dearest grandfather of 9 grandchildren and one great granddaughter. Brother-in-law of Jason (Lori) Carey and Matt (Mich) Carey. He will be sadly missed by many aunts, uncles and cousins. He was especially loved by his nieces Shayna (Adam) Carey, Cheyenne (Spencer) Baker, Edward (Nikita) Carey , the late Amanda Carey and special great uncle to Macey Baker and Callen Baker.
For many years Tim worked for Bombos and Stephanie at Gerry’s Pizza and delivered pizza and appreciated his customers and especially their dogs always carrying a treat for them.
As per Tim’s wishes, cremation has taken place.
Donations to Ducks Unlimited would be appreciated.
“Husband and best friend of 40 years of Cindy Young. He loved hunting, fishing and family and I am lucky enough to be the one he chose to love.
