STEWART, Timothy Shane- 59 of Middlewood, passed away on
February 14th, 2025 in the QEII Health Science Center, Infirmary Site,
Halifax. Born in Bridgewater, he was a son of the late Lincoln and
Rita (Naugler) Stewart.
Timothy was a volunteer Fireman with Italy Cross/Middlewood
Fire department for 16 years. He was employed with Elmer Lohnes Mill
for 25 years and also spent many years as a flagger with various
companies.
He is survived by his wife of 23 years, Gina (Whynot); sister
Linda Naugler (Barry), Camperdown; brothers Teddy (Pauline), Lake
Centre and Vaden, Lake Centre, Paul (Shelly), Hebb’s Cross;
numerous nephews and nieces. He is also survived by his father and
mother in-law, Paul and Gloria Whynot, Milton; sisters in-law Shirley
Stewart, Middlewood and Monica Taylor (Josh), Beaver Lodge, Alberta;
brothers in -law Jason Whynot and Justin Whynot, both of Grand Prairie
Alberta. Besides his parents, Tim was predeceased by brothers Andrew
and Sheldon.
A memorial service will be held at 11am on Saturday February
22nd at Blessed Hope Baptist Church, Oakhill, where a reception will
follow. Interment will take place at a later date. Memorial donations
may be made to the family.
