With heavy and saddened hearts, we announce the passing of the ever-stylish and beloved Teresa Pettinelli, at the age of 75.
Known for her impeccable taste, vibrant personality, and gifted hands, Teresa will now be reunited in Heaven with her beloved husband, Vito.
A devoted and loving mother to Teresa (Mauro), Joseph (Lisa), Frank, Mariella (Michael), and Anthony, Teresa’s greatest pride was her family—her biggest accomplishment and her pride and joy. She was an adoring and elegant Nonna to Vincent (Lucrezia), Julia, Victor Joseph, Ethan, Ava, Olivia, and Mikaella, and a doting great-grandmother to little Damiano.
Teresa’s presence lit up every room—her sense of style, grace, and flair for life were unmistakable. She was selfless, honourable, and known for her warm heart and incredible cooking. Her radiant smile and generous spirit left a lasting impression on all who knew her.
Visitations for Teresa Pettinelli have been entrusted to DeMarco Funeral Home – Woodbridge Chapel (8003 Weston Road, 905.850.9500) and will take place on Wednesday, May 7, 2025, from 2:00–4:00 p.m. and 6:00–9:00 p.m.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, May 8, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Philip Neri Catholic Church (2100 Jane St, Toronto, ON). Immediately following the Mass, Teresa will be laid to rest during an Entombment Service at Glendale Memorial Gardens (1810 Albion Rd., Etobicoke, ON).
