Stuart’s Obituary
Stuart Crowe lived in the Hines Creek (AB) area and passed away at the Fairview Health Complex in Fairview (AB). He was 72 years of age. He grew up and spent most of his early life in Cranbrook (BC). He later moved to Hines Creek (AB), where he found a better environment for his health. He always considered the East Kootenays his home.
Known for his love of gold mining, prospecting, and riding horses, Stuart worked for Tommy Dugan and was involved in mechanic work in the oilfield. He cherished his time between Larry Mierzewski in Clear Hills (AB) and the Carter family in Cranbrook.
Stuart was predeceased by his two brothers, John and Don King; his mother Anne Hoodle; and, the love of his life, Daralynn Lord.
He had a deep affection for his dogs and all animals. Stuart remembered as a pretty good guy who always hoped to find gold.
There will be no celebration of life, but Stuart has hit the jackpot!
