It is with broken hearts and deep gratitude for her life that we share the passing of our beloved Stephanie Ann Hall-Wilkins, who gained her angel wings on Saturday, April 6th 2025 at the age of 30.
Born on April 21, 1994 to Steve Wilkins and Maureen Hall, Stephanie came into this world and instantly changed it for the better. Affectionately known as “peanut” by her dad, Stephanie lived her life with grace, bravery, and a quiet strength that touched everyone she met.
Stephanie was the heartbeat of her family. She shared a deep and unbreakable bond with her sister and best friend Jacqueline (Matthew), her brother Brandon (Angela), and her adoring nieces and nephews Jordan (8), Cameron (4), and Mason (3) who brought her endless laughs and will carry her spirit forward in everything they do. She was a deeply cherished granddaughter to Renee Hall and Jon Morgan, and is now reunited with her grandparents Ken and Anita Wilkins, who held a special place in her heart.
Stephanie didn’t need to say anything to change everything. Beyond her family, Stephanie’s reach was wide and her impact profound. Her story became the foundation for Steer Friends, a program that now provides adults with complex needs a place to belong, to grow, and to thrive. In addition to her loving family, Stephanie leaves behind a circle of compassionate and devoted caregivers and friends, who will continue to shine in every corner of the community she helped inspire.
We will gather to celebrate Stephanie’s remarkable life on Saturday, April 12th at Chapel Ridge Funeral Home, 8911 Woodbine Ave, Markham, ON L3R 5G1. Visitation will take place from 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM, followed by a service from 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM, and a reception following at 2:00 PM. We welcome all those who loved her and were touched by her journey to join us.
