Spenser Ellis
MacPherson, 56, unexpectedly passed away after a battle with his
mental health, on Tuesday, February 25, 2025. Born in
Charlottetown, PE on September 16, 1968, beloved son of Ellis Herbert
(Herb) and Janet Elaine (nee Ings) MacPherson.
Survived by his parents, Herb and Janet MacPherson;
daughter Bethany Naomi MacPherson; son, Stirling Ellis MacPherson and
brothers Bruce and Derek MacPherson.
Spenser’s ambition allowed him to run his
own business for years called Safety Excellence Management (SEM
partnerships) with which he did work for OH&S, WCB and many
others. His adventurous spirt drove him to step foot in all provinces
in Canada, most recently leading him to the Northwest Territories to
work for his current employer Tlichoic. We thank them for all their
support during this time.
Mental health
awareness reminds us that silent struggles touch many lives. In this
moment, it is a reminder to approach one another with kindness, to
listen with patience, and to offer support without
judgment.
