In loving memory of Slawko “Jerry” Pihursky, 73 years who passed away suddenly on Tuesday, February 18, 2025, at Health Sciences North. Beloved friend to Brenda Dupuis. Loving father of Madanna Pihursky, Taras “Terry” Pihursky and missed by their mother Claudette Bechard and his stepdaughter Pamela Case. Cherished grandfather of Tiara Bechard and Brady Chenard. Dear son of Larry and Helen Pihursky both predeceased. Dear brother of Anna Kanerva. Sadly missed by relatives and many friends. Jerry was a 2nd Irish Regiment. The family would like to thank Dr. Michaud and all first responders, EMT, Firefighters and Police for all their help and compassion.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada, Diabetes Canada or Emergency Services Sudbury.
